SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS at the most economical cost to the buyer. Tracking information will be sent to the provided email as soon as the package has been shipped. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your shipping priority for an additional cost.
RETURN POLICY
We're passionate about quality and want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and provide an explanation and a picture of the area of your concern. We will provide you with a return shipping label and get a new item out to you as soon as possible.
PAYMENT POLICY
Orders via the online store will require full payment upon checkout using the provided payment methods. Local custom orders will require a 50 percent deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We currently can accept cash, business checks, PayPal, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
